[Night at the Loud House. Clyde and Lincoln are watching a Muscle Fish marathon. Muscle Fish has just defeated Cephaloplex] Muscle Fish: "That octo be a lesson for you, Cephaloplex." [to the in-universe viewers] "And remember, kids, you can never be too EXTREME!" [flexes] [The credits roll] Announcer: "Up next, we continue our 24-hour Muscle Fish marathon with..." Lincoln: "Can you believe we've been up for 16 straight hours watching Muscle Fish? I'm not even sleepy." Clyde: "Me neither." [they toast with their Flippees] "Cheers to that, buddy." [They both drink their Flippees, and then fall asleep.]
[In a dream sequence, Lincoln and Clyde walk over to Flip's Food & Fuel while sipping Flippees.] Lincoln: "I sure could use a Flippee refill right about now." [They enter Flip's and gasp] Lincoln and Clyde: "No way!" [Muscle Fish is right there at Flip's] "MUSCLE FISH!!!" Muscle Fish:[drinking the blue Flippee really sloppily] "Muscle!" [keeps drinking before grabbing a burrito, squeezing the sauce in his mouth, and butt flossing] "Muscle Fish!" [grabs the red Flippee and drinks it before breaking it] "Muscle Fish!" Lincoln: "This is awesome! Muscle Fish is really here!" Flip:[off-screen] "That is it, fish man!" Muscle Fish: "Huh?" Flip:[storms up to him] "This is a... mostly family-friendly establishment and you're being way too extreme! You are no longer welcome at Flip's Food & Fuel!" [shows his membership VIP card and rips it up] "Ain't got no time for this." [Flip storms off. Lincoln and Clyde gasp]
[Outside Flip's, Lincoln and Clyde approach a despondent Muscle Fish] Lincoln: "It's OK, Mr. Muscle Fish." Clyde: "Yeah, I once saw Flip throw out a kid for loitering while his mom was paying." Muscle Fish: "But boys, this is where I buy all my necessities; protein shakes, hair gel, Flippees." [groans] Lincoln: "Maybe we can help you. Clyde and I could train you how to be less extreme." Clyde: "Then Flip will see that you should be allowed to shop at his store." Muscle Fish: "But how?" [The boys chuckle. A montage ensues in which they polish Muscle Fish's toenails with a saw, remove his fin earring and make his fin shiny again, comb and gel his hair while he reads a book on etiquette, and finally put him in a fancy suit, glasses, and beret.] Lincoln: "Muscle Fish, let's go get that VIP membership back."
[The three enter Flip's] Flip: "Hey, I thought I told you, you aren't welcome around here no more, fish man!" Lincoln: "Wait, Flip, he's changed. Let him show you." [Muscle Fish approaches the Flippee stand. He grabs a cup. The boys nod. He gets a cup of Flippee and sips with with his pinky extended.] Flip:[groans] "I don't know." [Just then the door opens] Cephaloplex: "Ah, there you are, Muscle Fish." [points at Muscle Fish while his name appears in big bold letters] "I challenge you to a rematch." Muscle Fish: "I put that life behind me, Cephaloplex. I am a norm-" [He gets hit by Cephaloplex's ink, crashing into a stand. Cephaloplex cackles] Lincoln: "Muscle Fish, you have to stop Cephaloplex!" Clyde: "You have to be extreme again!" Muscle Fish: "But I don't remember how." Lincoln: "You have to try!" [Cephaloplex has Flip in a tentacle as he spews ink. Muscle Fish approaches] Muscle Fish:[clears throat] "Hey, uh, Cephaloplex, I would really appreciate it if you didn't-" [Cephaloplex clocks him and sends him flying to a sink. He looks in the mirror] Imaginary Clyde: "Be extreme." Imaginary Lincoln: "You have to remember." Imaginary Flip: "Membership." Muscle Fish: "I 'member!" [rips off his clothes] "Muscle Fish!" [He leaps at Cephaloplex] Cephaloplex: "Huh?" Muscle Fish: "Muscle Fish!" [clocks Cephaloplex and sends him flying out of Flip's] Lincoln and Clyde: "Wow!" Flip: "Geesh, thanks, fish man." [hands the taped up VIP card] "Here, you are officially reinstated as a VIP member of Flip's Food & Fuel." Muscle Fish:[sniffs] "This would never have happened without the help of you two human children. Thank you." [goes to hug the boys]
[In reality, Lincoln and Clyde wake up], Lincoln: "Dang it. We must've drifted off for a second. I had the weirdest dream." Clyde: "Yeah, me too. But at least we didn't miss much of the marathon." Muscle Fish:[on the TV, holding a Flippee] "Thanks again, boys." [sips the Flippee and winks at the camera] Lincoln and Clyde: "Huh?" [The end.]
