The Tower of Trials are a gameplay feature in Fire Emblem Engage, accessed in the Somniel. It contains various battle modes the player can take on for in-game rewards, such as crystals used to Augment Engage weapons, gifts, and SP books.

Tempest Trials[]

Comparable to the identically named Tempest Trials event in Fire Emblem Heroes, the Tempest Trials mode has the player complete a series of maps in succession for augmentation materials.

Relay Trials[]

Relay Trials is a co-operative online mode, where players take turns making their way through the same map for augmentation materials.

Outrealm Trials[]

Comparable to the Aether Raids mode in Heroes, Outrealm Trials is an online mode where players have the ability to construct a defense by modifying terrain and unit deployment on half of a map. This defense is then controlled by the computer when players build up an offense to challenge another player's defense.

This mode awards gifts, tonics, Bond Fragments, and, after clearing the game, SP books.
