Portal 4-7 or just 4-7, is a Cyber Space stage in Sonic Frontiers. It is the seventh Cyber Space stage in Ouranos Island, and the twenty-eighth one overall.

Description[]

Main article: Eternal Highway

4-7 shares the basic Cyber Space theme along with other stages, while presenting floating city locations strongly resembling Skyscraper Scamper from Xbox 360/PlayStation 3 version of Sonic Unleashed and Speed Highway from console/PC version of Sonic Generations. Much like 1-7 though, the aesthetics of the stage closely the same with the background having a nighttime setting.

Portal location[]

In Ouranos Island, the entrance Portal to the Cyber Space stage is located past the Island Mystery on the small island west of the gate. One Portal Gear is needed to unlock this Portal.

Gameplay[]

The level takes place in the city at night-time. The entire level is in 3D. Sonic will be encountering loops, Propeller Springs, chains and fans, with some of them arranged along narrow sections.

Overview[]

The level starts off with an auto-running segment which leads to a Wide Spring, a tank, and a Pulley. Turning right, defeat the tank up ahead and either Homing Attack the balloons or go around the Grind Rail. Once up the next Wide Spring, Homing attack the airborne spring, which eventually leads to the Star Post.

Sonic will run into a Propeller Spring which leads to a Tank and another pulley. The route forks out into different paths. Go up either the fans ahead, or the Propeller Spring on the left. Repeated use of the latter will reveal a pathway to the left via some fans and some light-colored balloons ahead. Homing Attack them and take the Zip Line, flicking the next Star Post. The former leads to a trail of fans up ahead, and then diagonally to the left. After collecting the Super Ring, head east, and jump before doing the Homing Attack on the next Propeller Spring, otherwise Sonic will fall down.

Beyond the Jump Panel, the road splits into two again. The left has some barriers followed by a trail of fans leading to a Wide Spring, while the right has a tank guarding fans with a very strong current, leading him up to some balloons. At the top is a Dash Panel leading to a gap towards another Propeller Spring. Soon Sonic will reach some Rainbow Rings which lead to the Portal Gate.
