Hōchū Ōtsuka (大塚 芳忠 Ōtsuka Hōchū?), born Yoshitata Ōtsuka, is a Japanese voice actor who has done voice work for the Japanese version of the Sonic the Hedgehog series,[citation needed] the Sonic X anime series[citation needed] and the Knuckles television series produced by Paramount Pictures.[1]
