Traitor Revealed/Script
Elise leads Corrin and their group to a stairway that leads to the throne room. Before they can climb it, Iago appears and teleports near them. Iago mocks Corrin for still being alive, but Corrin is through playing Iago's games and tells him to just get it over with. However, Iago tells Elise to come to his side, to which she refuses on grounds of him making Xander and Leo fight Corrin and attempting to kill them many times. As Corrin threatens him, Iago reveals one last trick, mind controlling Takumi, who begins to restrain Azura. Iago explains that Takumi has been on Nohr's side all along, as thanks to him, he knew of their whereabouts. Corrin refuses to believe Takumi would willingly betray him/her, reasoning that he must still be possessed. Iago further explains that the possession continued to work because of Takumi's feelings of inferiority to the rest his family and forces Corrin to kill Takumi or let him kill Azura. Corrin pleads for Takumi to stop, saying that they still believes in him. Azura then attempts to sing a song to break Iago's control, however, Iago nearly stops her, who is very well aware of her power. Fortunately, Sakura attacks Iago, preventing him from interrupting Azura's song and with Corrin's encouragement, Azura is able to sing the song and break Iago's control over him. Takumi breaks free and shoots Iago, and declares that he will live up to his title as prince. Iago is shocked and angered that his plans failed yet again, as Corrin then declares that peace is coming and he can't stand in their way any longer and threatens to kill Iago once and for all, and they and their army begin their assault on Iago and his army.
Once they defeated him and have him cornered, Iago attempts to escape punishment by falsely claiming that he was under a spell as well, though Corrin doesn't believe him for a second. Leo arrives moments afterwards. Iago begs Leo to save him, but Leo ignores his pleas, annoyed with him for attempting to beg for his life, and warns Iago that he will not allow him to disgrace Nohr anymore and will kill him. Iago continues to plead for his life, but Leo shuts him up and mercilessly casts his Brynhildr on Iago, killing the treacherous sorcerer and ending his schemes for good. Corrin thanks Leo and asks him to join them, but he informs Corrin that he has been enlightened on the righteousness of their cause, and that he is unable to formally join them in fighting Garon due to his position as a prince of Nohr and cannot aid them further, though he will not stop them either.
Corrin tells him that despite knowing they are not his real family, they still sees him as a brother, and then informs him that his collar is once again inside out. To Leo's surprise, Elise follows Corrin up the stairs, saying that she intends to talk Xander and Garon out of fighting Corrin. Leo attempts to talk her out of it, knowing they cannot be reasoned with, but Elise just presses on further. Before they leave, Leo warns Corrin that Xander and Garon are far stronger than they can fathom, though Corrin is confident that they can defeat them both. Corrin and their group then take their leave. Once they leave, Leo notices Odin and Niles hiding, eavesdropping on their conversation. Leo reveals to them that he went to the Bottomless Canyon with a strange crystal, and that it had shown him something regarding his father's true state. Leo then wishes Corrin good luck as he leaves with his retainers.
Summary
Lilith gives her life so that the group can defeat Hans. Shaken but still determined, they climb the tower, seeking King Garon. Ahead of them waits another trial.
