Hi. This is Thesecret1070. I am an admin of this site. Edit as much as you wish, but one little thing... If you are going to edit a lot, then make yourself a user and login. Other than that, enjoy Villains Wiki!!!
Arak'Taral was a Jem'Hadar who served as the second to First Goran'Agar. After Goran'Agar was stranded on Bopak 3 and found he was no longer addicted to ketracel-white, the drug which the Vorta used to control the Jem'Hadar and keep them loyal to the Dominion, he took Arak'Taral and the rest of his men to the planet, believing that the conditions there would cure them as well. However, instead they remained addicted, suffering from withdrawals and facing a painful death when their supply finally ran out.
When Chief O'Brien and Doctor Bashir crashlanded on the planet after detecting the Jem'Hadar ship, Goran'Agar, Arak'Taral and the others immediately captured them. Arak'Taral wanted to kill Bashir on the spot and use O'Brien as a target for training, but, on learning Bashir was a doctor, Goran'Agar enlisted his help, showing him the effect the withdrawals were having on his men before Arak'Taral gave them their rations.
While the two Starfleet officers pretended to help the Jem'Hadar, O'Brien secretly worked on a weapon that he hoped to use to overpower their guards so they could escape. Suspicious, Arak'Taral took it from him and triggered it, accidentally injuring one of his men, Meso'Clan. He grabbed O'Brien by the throat and began to throttle him but Goran'Agar intervened, ordering Arak'Taral to take him back to the detention area.
Arak'Taral later escorted O'Brien back to the Runabout Rubicon to collect equipment. He noted that, unlike Bashir who was genuinely trying to find a cure, O'Brien didn't like helping them, and observed that he didn't like the humans helping them either. O'Brien tricked him and beamed away. Arak'Taral reported to Goran'Agar, wanting to hunt O'Brien down and kill him, and was aghast when Goran'Agar ordered him taken alive. Arak'Taral declared he didn't want the cure if it left him weak, soft and inferior like Goran'Agar had become and led the men in searching for O'Brien. (Bashir, meanwhile, had come to suspect that Goran'Agar had never been addicted to white in the first place.)
While searching the Rubicon, Arak'Taral came across Goran'Agar escorting O'Brien and Bashir at gunpoint. Congratulating his superior, Arak'Taral asked whether they should call the others or kill the pair themselves. Goran'Agar replied that he would do the killing and shot Arak'Taral dead.
