I originally went by a different user name on here, which I refuse to mention. Anyone who recognizes my old username and refers to me by such will have the conversation deleted.

All I can say is I love villains, and this wiki is the most interesting one to me. I think the users here have the best and most interesting analysis I've seen, especially with the Pure Evil category.

As a goddess of this wiki, let me tell you a little more about myself. I consider myself a fair, objective, respectful woman. I welcome new opinions everywhere. But I will not tolerate unnecessary changes that can cause an editing war. I myself am not afraid to get into one, but I like to keep this wiki clean so I WILL lock a page if needed. If I see even the slightest sign of trolling, that user will be blocked for a month. And if they insist on trolling after they are unblocked they will be blocked for a year. And if they insist on trolling after they are unblocked even then, they will be banned. PERMANENTLY! It really all depends on the type of trolling.

Personal attacks, racial remarks or inappropriate images on a page will get that user an immediate and permanent block. I can be an easy going individual, but if a user insists on trolling, removing/adding something category wise that is not accurate to the character or that the majority disagree with, and they continue doing so without giving reasons or giving stupid reasons, that's when I can be hard.

AND ANOTHER THING. If you contact me on a separate wiki to help you with something at Villains Wiki, I will delete the conversation without any response. I will assume you are blocked and if I find out why you were blocked and have proof, I will contact Community Central. Or I'll simply assume you are a troll and delete any of your messages.

The Rules of the Wiki

1. For rules on the Pure Evil category (our most popular and sadly most abused category) please see this page.
2. No new categories. We are full enough. But for the heck of it, let's be clear on why categories such as Disney/Dreamworks Villains can never be accepted regardless. When it comes down to villains by a company, we have to make sure that the characters all exist in the same world. Villains in Marvel/DC exist in the same world. Villains in Disney don't always exist in the same world when you take live action, Disney Animated, Pixar films, and even the TV Shows all into account. Same for Dreamworks. Granted the comics, movies, or TV shows of Marvel/DC aren't always in canon with each other, but they still exist in the same world.
3. We do NOT except metaphorical villains, or at least ones that aren't living, thinking beings. For example, no Cancer from The Fault In Our Stars, no Fear from Frozen, and noSpeed from...well, Speed.
4. As I have said before, no personal attacks on users or offensive remarks, or inappropriate images on pages. That will get an automatic, permanent block.
5. No Plagiarism. Such a page will be deleted on sight.
6. Don't make a page that is just a summary of the work the villain appears in. It's lazy and we want a page that specifically goes into the villain's character itself.
7. Do not add your own personal opinions of a villain on a page. This is for info only. You can put the character's reception/people's overall opinion on the character but do NOT make a page consisting just of your own personal, non informative opinions on the character.
8. As I have said before, if you are gonna add/remove a category and the majority disagrees with you, give a reason. Do not insist on doing so without giving reasons yourself or the page will be locked. If you do give reasons while insisting on doing so, but it is not enough to convince us, it will still be locked. And it comes off as trollish and non-professional.
9. No real people. We accept fictionalized versions of real people, but never the actual person.
10. Do not make pages consisting of only one line. We will give you a chance to improve on it, but if you take too long, the page will be deleted.
11. Faux Affably/Affably villains can NEVER BE ON THE SAME PAGE! EVER! They are complete opposites of each other.
