Cory is a teenage boy and the son of Mr. Nakamura who lives in the Casagrande Apartment and likes playing video games.
In "Room for Improvement with the Casagrandes", Cory played video games in the hallways of the Casagrande apartment. Ronnie Anne and Sid were disappointed to see him there since they were hoping for privacy, to do their dance. As Cory walked upstairs, Georgia's deck of cards came tumbling down. Cory later told Ronnie Anne that he would be glad to let them use the hallway, while he played video games somewhere else.
In "Store Wars with the Casagrandes", Cory was interested in hearing that the bodega would be open all night, after Bobby lied, saying that it would be. He liked the idea of a store that was open all night because it was suitable for his insomnia.
In "A Very Casagrandes Christmas," he and Mr. Nakamura were supposed to go to a sweater party only for their apartment to get infested with moths that ruined their Christmas sweaters. Bobby and Ronnie Anne remedied this by having Sergio eat them. Both Nakamuras are among the neighbors that help to rescue Ronnie Anne, Bobby, and Arturo when they were accidentally snowed in at the Hi 'n' Buy.
