Layout[]

Scrubbing Sirena Beach takes place in the outside area of Sirena Beach, having the same general design but with electric goop a large portion of the beach and terraces, starting from the shore and up to the entrance to Hotel Delfino. The Hotel Delfino manager is standing right next to the spawn point of Sirena Beach.

Objective[]

When Mario starts the episode, the Hotel Delfino manager greets Mario to inform him that the electric goop has returned, and that Mario has a time limit of three minutes to clean it. Mario only has to clean at least a majority of the electric goop. Aside from using FLUDD to spray water, Mario can also use Water Barrels placed along the way or his Sprinkler Squirt move to have the water clean a larger radius of electric goop.

Once Mario has cleaned up most of the goop, the timer stops. Mario then has to talk to the Hotel Delfino manager to obtain the episode's Shine Sprite. If Mario does not clean all of the goop within the time limit, he loses an extra life.
