Synopsis
The episode opens in the museum, where Bastet confronts Pharaoh Boy, who appears to be in the process of stealing a box. In reality, it is part of a plan by Pharaoh Boy to steal Bastet's Sun Disc, but Bastet is able to prevent this. She defeats him easily and leaves the museum. No sooner is she gone, does Romeo's Spy-Bot approach Pharaoh Boy, and show him a holographic message in which Romeo invites Pharaoh Boy to come to his Sky Factory.
The following morning, Amaya, Greg and Connor are in the park, playing soccer with some of the other kids. Connor notices something is bothering Amaya, and when he asks her about it she claims she is worried about Bastet and, in particular, her temper regarding Pharaoh Boy. Connor suggests Amaya should team up with Bastet tonight to help her control her temper. So, that night, after the Power Heroes gather in HQ, Bastet is assigned the mission to check out the museum, and Owlette goes with her. They make their way to Earth with the Owl-Glider.
When they enter the museum, they find Pharaoh Boy already waiting for them. But when Bastet prepares to fight him, she is grabbed by Robot and loses her Sun Disc. He traps Bastet in a pet carrier, while Pharaoh Boy uses his Staff of Ra to blast Owlette out of the museum. Romeo reveals himself. Pharaoh Boy takes the Sun Disc after which he, Robot and Romeo retreat to the Sky Factory. Owlette comes back in and is scolded by Bastet for not seeing Robot.
While Owlette tries to free Bastet, Romeo and Pharaoh Boy are onboard the factory, where Romeo reveals to the latter a machine he invented to connect the Sun Disc’s energy with that of the Sky Factory. However, Robot and Romeo are secretly plotting to take Pharaoh Boy’s Staff of Ra as well. However, to avoid getting zapped, they must wait for the right moment, and hope Bastet and Owlette will provide that opportunity. Owlette, on the other hand, has freed Bastet and the two girls make their way to the Sky Factory in the Owl-Glider. On the way there Owlette tries to teach Bastet the importance of staying calm.
Back at the Sky Factory, Bastet and Pharaoh Boy get into another fight, during which Owlette is hit by the Staff of Ra and trapped inside a pyramid shaped forcefield, which Bastet then inadvertently falls out of the Factory. Despite the loss of her Sun Disc, Bastet is still able to deflect Pharaoh Boy’s attacks and disarm him. This is the moment Romeo had been waiting for, and he orders Robot to grab the Staff of Ra. Romeo connects it to the same machine as the Sun Disc, giving him the full power of both the Sun Disc and the Staff. He traps both Pharaoh Boy and Bastet in another a pyramid shaped forcefield and renames his Sky Factory to the Sun Factory.
Unfortunately for Romeo, the combined powers of the disc and staff are too much for the machine to handle and it overloads, threatening to tear the Sky Factory apart. Romeo and Robot are forced to evacuate. Owlette finally manages to break out of her prison and returns to the Sky Factory, but finds it now too hot for her to safely enter. She contacts Bastet and tells her that only she and Pharaoh Boy can stop this disaster now. The two enemies reluctantly agree. Their first attempt to reclaim their magic items is unsuccessful, and the Sun Factory begins to fall towards the museum. Realizing their portal to The World Beyond is in danger, they finally put their differences aside to work together. They manage to telepathically free the disc and staff from Romeo’s machine, and combine them to fire a ray that disintegrates the forcefield they are trapped in. They leave the Sky Factory and stop it from falling before the museum is crushed.
Romeo returns to his factory, but finds it is still too hot for him to enter. Owlette congratulates Pharaoh Boy and Bastet for their teamwork. The two make it clear that they are still enemies, but for now they will call it a night. Along with Owlette, they shout the Power Heroes’ victory cry.
