Synopsis
The PJ Masks are playing soccer when they notice footprints left by Octobella's Octo-Legs. Gekko is ready to face her after last time. So that night, the 3 kids transform into their heroic alter-egos and gather in HQ. Gekko uses the Lizard Sensors to track down Octobella and finds out she is at the museum. The PJs rush to the museum in the Gekko-Mobile. Gekko immediately attacks Octobella, but she traps Catboy and Owlette in bubbles. As they float away, Gekko is left to take on Octobella on his own, with Octobella teasing him that he can't do anything without his friends.
Catboy and Owlette end up in The Park, where they manage to pop the bubbles by steering them towards a tree. Once freed, they notice Percival holding a book, but he slips away before they can get to him. Back at the museum, Gekko has followed Octobella inside. Octobella distracts Gekko by threatening to destroy some artifacts and escapes from the museum with the items she came for: a phoenix quill and a medal made from dragon scales. Outside, Percival waits for her with the book, which is revealed to be a book of water witch magic. She orders Percival to bring the stolen objects to her garden while she goes for the third item she needs, which, according to the book, is buried in the park.
Catboy, Owlette and PJ Robot spot Percival heading back to the underwater garden on the PJ Picture Player and discover the objects he is carrying are stolen from the museum. They try to contact Gekko, who is now chasing Octobella with the Gekko-Mobile, but he can't hear them due to the Octo-Legs being too loud. Octobella makes it to the park and kicks down a tree to find the treasure hidden underneath: an Octopus Crystal Statue. Gekko arrives and attacks with the Gekko-Mobile's water jet, sending Octobella back into the moat. He believes the mission is over and Octobella defeated, but Catboy and Owlette are not so sure considering the things Octobella stole.
And it turns out they're right; with the stolen medal, quill, some ink and the book, she casts a spell that makes the stolen statue grow to gigantic proportions. Gekko, still determined to prove Octobella wrong and that he can beat her on his own, follows her into the moat with the Gekko-Mobile, but is forced to continue without his vehicle when the entrance to the garden becomes too narrow. Once in the garden, he sees the giant statue, which sprouts several energy tentacles. Octobella reveals her plan: to use these tentacles to steal the PJ Crystal Totem from HQ and destroy it. Gekko attacks her, but Octobella easily throws him out of the moat.
Gekko tells Catboy and Owlette about Octobella's plan. He admits he was wrong to try and take her on on his own. When Octobella puts her plan in motion, Catboy and Owlette fight off the tentacles while Gekko dives into the moat again and manages to destroy the crystal with his Super Strength. The crystal reverts back to its normal size. Gekko takes the crystal, quill and medal back to the surface, where the PJs plan to return the quill and medal back to the museum while keeping the statue safe in HQ. With everything safely secure, they shout their victory cry.
