Synopsis
The episode starts off with Connor, Amaya, and Greg practicing their scooter tricks by the playground. Connor and Amaya give Greg some tips on how to perform them, but he decides to do it his own way and successfully performs one on his first try. He hopes that someday he’ll be the one to teach his friends what he learned. The group sees Cameron arrive, acting and talking like a baby. The playground gate opens, and they see that everyone else is acting and talking the same way.
That night, the PJ Masks drive into town in the Gekko-Mobile, where Owlette with her Owl Eyes spots Romeo at the park. When Robot sees the team arrive, Romeo reveals the source of why everyone is acting so little: the Baby Beam. He plans to take over the world by regressing everyone's minds into those of babies and having them play an evil game of “Follow the Leader.”
The PJ Masks try to escape the laser as Romeo zaps them. He zaps Owlette into a baby when Robot catches her. He next aims the invention towards Gekko while he pulls Owlette to safety. Catboy tries to stop him from doing so, but Robot grabs him by the tail, and he is also turned into a baby. Gekko is now the last PJ Mask to be zapped.
Through a game of “Romeo Says,” Romeo tells the now baby-fied Catboy and Owlette to catch Gekko. Gekko tells his friends to stop, but they want to play. Using this to his advantage, he tells them to find him and camouflages himself. He then appears by Romeo's Lab, and he pushes it away using his Super Gekko Muscles. Romeo and Robot run over to retrieve the vehicle as it crashes. This gives Gekko some time to grab his friends and drive back to HQ, growing annoyed as they complain.
Catboy and Owlette start playing around as they go up to Catboy’s base room. Gekko tries to keep them under control, reminding them that they’re heroes, but they don’t listen. Under request, Gekko gives them milk to calm them down and starts figuring out how to stop Romeo by himself. Once his friends finish their milk, though, he spots them drawing on the walls and climbing.
Gekko rounds up Catboy and Owlette and puts them in a time-out. He decides to play “Find Gekko” with them instead when they start crying. HQ’s alarm suddenly sounds; the security cameras show a bird being zapped into a baby. Romeo is almost done fixing his Baby Beam and is on his way to zap Gekko. He gets an idea, however; he decides to teach his friends how to use their powers through playing superhero.
Outside, Gekko teaches Owlette how to fly and use her Super Owl Wings. He makes sure to spot her so he can catch her when she falls, and gives her encouragement when she struggles. He then teaches Catboy how to use his Super Cat Speed, again giving the same encouragement he gave Owlette. Gekko praises his friends for learning how to use their powers, adding on that they’ll work on their heroic stances.
Back at HQ, Gekko reminds Catboy and Owlette that they need to stop Romeo since he is a villain. He prepares to face him off when he arrives, but his friends have gone off to sleep by a tree. Robot takes this chance to capture Gekko while he tries waking them up. Fortunately, Catboy and Owlette wake up from his cries for help. Catboy speeds around the lab to distract Romeo, while Owlette blows him down. The Baby Beam aims at Robot, and he is zapped.
Gekko commends his friends for saving him with the superhero moves he taught them. Romeo falls down from his lab and goes over to Robot, who first plays with him, then goes over to the Baby Beam to play with it. Romeo pushes him away before he could touch anything, though it causes the ray to spin around and zap everywhere. It soon loses control and breaks when it hits the ground, and everyone is turned back to normal. Romeo and Robot make their escape, leaving the PJ Masks to shout out their signature victory phrase.
