Synopsis
The episode starts off with Amaya, Greg, Connor and Ivan being in the sports section of the park, where they notice some pawprints left by the Wolfy Kids. Although Greg assures Ivan that the Wolfies are pretty harmless as villains, Connor still thinks they should investigate, and invites Ivan to come along. Ivan is thrilled at the idea of getting to team up with Catboy. That night, the Power Heroes gather in their Power Q, and as decided Catboy and Ice Cub volunteer for the mission. They take the Cat-Car and head into the city.
It doesn't take long before they spot the Wolfies, who are looking for ice cream. Catboy deems them no threat, so he decides to let them be and asks Ice Cub to show him some of his powers instead. Ice Cub is reluctant since his powers should be used only for hero stuff, but eventually agrees and freezes some objects with his snowballs. Then he and Catboy decide to have a race. When they're gone however, the Wolfies notice a snowball Ice Cub left behind and want to grab it, but Romeo shows up in his lab to claim the snowball for himself. However, the snowball instantly freezes his hand when he touches it. The Wolfies seize this opportunity to steal the lab.
The Wolfies catch up to Catboy and Ice Cub, and ask the latter to show them some of his tricks. Ice Cub considers ignoring them, but Catboy urges him to show off his powers. Thus, Ice Cub shoots some snowballs into the city, with the Wolfies challenging him to shoot farther every time. When they've seemingly seen enough, the Wolfies leave. However, they proceed to gather all the snowballs Ice Cub fired and use them to arm the cannon on the lab. They then set a trap by pretending the lab is their new ice cream truck. Luna Girl is the first to fall for it, and the Wolfies freeze her in a block of ice with the cannon. Night Ninja and his Ninjalinos suffer the same fate.
Elsewhere, Ice Cub is still convinced the Wolfies are up to no good. He is proven right when they show up in the lab, driving through the streets and firing snowballs everywhere. Catboy gets hit and is frozen. As Ice Cub rushes to Catboy's aid, the Wolfies steal a giant snowball Catboy had Ice Cub make earlier. Ice Cub believes it's his fault for throwing all those snowballs, but Catboy takes the blame instead, saying that he shouldn't have pressured Ice Cub to be so reckless with his powers. The former frees Catboy by hugging him, thus melting the ice. The Wolfies meanwhile, force the giant snowball into the cannon, but this causes the lab to go haywire and it begins chasing them while shooting snowballs everywhere.
Catboy and Ice Cub chase after the lab, which in turn corners the Wolfies in a dead-end street. Just as the lab is about to freeze them, Ice Cub jumps between them and disables the lab with one final snowball. With the danger over, the Wolfies try to escape, but Kevin is unable to resist the snow that has fallen on the ground and tries to taste it; Rip and Howler try to stop him, resulting in all three Wolfies ending up encased in ice. Then Romeo, Night Ninja and Luna Girl show up, still frozen themselves. Ice Cub uses his bear hugs to free them all, after which the Wolfies flee the scene with the other villains chasing after them. Catboy and Ice Cub shout their victory cry.
