SynopsisConnor, Amaya, and Greg are in the museum but find the Egyptian exhibit is a huge mess, with tablets being spread everywhere. The kids suspect Pharaoh Boy. Then Connor notices cat-like footprints. They lead to a display case that contains a stone tablet showing Pharaoh Boy and a cat-like girl. The three fear she's an ally of Pharaoh Boy, having been summoned by him to help cause trouble and decide to do something about the problem that night. That night, the Power Heroes meet up in Power Q. Catboy volunteers for the mission since it would take a cat to stop another, and An Yu will go with him as a backup. They take the Cat-Car and head for the museum. Inside, they find Pharaoh Boy, who is hiding behind a pillar and is apparently afraid of something. When Catboy and An Yu question him about his new ally, Pharaoh Boy claims her name is Bastet the Sun Cat. According to him, she's trouble, and she's unstoppable as long as she has her Sun Disc. Catboy ties up Pharaoh Boy with his cat stripes, and sets out to find this Bastet. An Yu follows him but has a feeling they're overlooking something. No sooner are they gone, does Pharaoh Boy summon his Staff of Ra from The World Beyond and break free. The two heroes find Bastet, who is walking around the city acting like a real cat. Catboy confronts her and attempts to capture her with his cat stripes, but she easily dodges the attacks and fights back with her Sun Disc. An Yu also fails to stop her. Bastet turns the disc into a portal and vanishes, claiming Pharaoh Boy is waiting for her. In the museum, Pharaoh Boy is preparing a magic spell involving the Egyptian Hourglass, a cat statue, and a beetle gem, when Bastet arrives and forces him to hide. Bastet fails to notice Pharaoh Boy and leaves the museum, where she runs into Catboy and An Yu again. When she realizes the two heroes know Pharaoh Boy, she demands they tell her where he is. Catboy manages to capture her, but when he interrogates Bastet, she claims that she was not meant to cause trouble; she was here to stop it. Then Pharaoh Boy steps out of the museum and congratulates the heroes for helping him. An Yu finally realizes that the stone tablet depicts Bastet not as Pharaoh Boy's ally but as his enemy. Bastet confirms this to be true; she explains that she was magically created to defeat evil pharaohs like him. Realizing his mistake, Catboy attempts to release Bastet, but Pharaoh Boy zaps both him and An Yu with his staff. He then uses his staff to steal Bastet's Sun Disc for himself. With the disc and his staff, Pharaoh Boy creates a portal in the sky that begins to suck up everything in sight. Catboy frees Bastet, but the heroes are forced to seek shelter in the museum before the portal can suck them in as well. Bastet and Catboy both realize they jumped to conclusions about each other. An Yu studies the stone tablet and figures out a way to stop Pharaoh Boy. They need to replicate the ritual Pharaoh Boy used earlier. The portal meanwhile keeps growing and threatens to suck up the entire museum. The heroes manage to gather the cat statue, hourglass, and beetle gem, when the portal sucks all of them out through the front door and into the sky. This ends up working in the heroes' favor, however, as they can release the three artifacts into the portal while they're in a triangle formation. The portal releases Bastet's Sun Disc, and she uses it to close the portal, returning all the objects it sucked up earlier. Pharaoh Boy flees the scene now that his plan has failed. Bastet is impressed by Catboy and An Yu's teamwork. Catboy offers her a place on the team, which Bastet will consider. She joins Catboy and An Yu in their victory cry. Moral/Lesson
