Divine Speed

Divine Speed (Japanese: 神速 Divine Speed) is a skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Engage. The engage skill of Emblem Marth, it allows the user to make an extra attack that deals reduced damage. As an engage skill, it can have additional effects depending on the unit type of the user.
In Fire Emblem Heroes, it is named Potent, and is a four-tiered passive type B skill. If reducing the foe's speed would allow the user to follow up, Potent grants its user Potent Follow—which grants the user an additional follow-up attack at reduced damage—and determines the damage based on how many attacks the user can make.
