Sudden Panic

|
Sudden Panic (Japanese: 恐慌の惑乱 Panicked Bewilderment) is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Sudden Panic 1, Sudden Panic 2, and Sudden Panic 3 in order from lowest to highest. Sudden Panic inflicts a status effect turning bonuses into penalties on any enemy with significantly lower HP than the user who are adjacent to another enemy; the minimum HP difference decreases with the skill's tier.
