Chilling Seal (Japanese: 氷の封印 Seal of Ice) is a passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; Chilling Seal comes in only one tier. At the start of the user's turn, Chilling Seal reduces the attack and speed of the enemies with the lowest defense.
