Enchant

Enchant is a skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Engage. Associated with the Enchanter class, it grants the user access to two commands: Item Surge and Weapon Surge.
Item Surge expends a consumable item in the user's inventory in exchange for a buff to the user and allies. The effect and duration of the buff depend on the item used.
Weapon Surge applies a buff based on weapon type to all units wielding a weapon of the same name as the one used to activate it. This does not consume the weapon, but affects enemies as well as allies. Only one instance of Weapon Surge can be active at a time; if it is used again, it overwrites the previous buff. The effect lasts until the end of the chapter.
