5th Anniversary Scarecrow is an animated enemy base that appears in Five Year Plan.

Enemy[]

This enemy base can attack Cat Units in range with a slow attack rate. Because it is a base, it does not move, similar to the Sun Doge and Ritual Drum Doge. Its attacks are instant-kill, although Glass Cat and Metal Cat can survive due to having the Metal Ability, and cats with Survive can too. Like other bases, it is immune to most negative effects.
