The homing laser^[1] is a move that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a power multi-laser attack used during the Hacking missions and the final confrontation against The End.

Description[]

The homing laser serves as a screen-nuke move used when the player charges enough power via alternating between the Light Shot and the Dark Shot. It releases a barrage of yellow lasers that does massive damage to opponents and obstacles ahead of the player.

Overview[]

In Sonic Frontiers, the homing laser was used by the small shooter in the Hacking missions and by Supreme, controlled by Sage, in the final battle against The End. The player must fill the meter for the attack, by shooting hazards via Light Shot and Dark Shot, in order to use it. Once it is full, the player must press // to use the homing laser.
