Dodging attacks
The Dodge (回避 , Kaihi ? , also known as Evade ,[1] Sonic the Hedgehog seriesSonic the Hedgehog to avoid enemy attacks.
Description [ ] Also known as the Cartwheel dodge, this technique allows Sonic to dodge attacks. This is unlocked at the beginning of the game but, unlike the Parry , it doesn't do damage to the enemy. The moving variation is known as the Quick Step .
Overview [ ] When an enemy is making an attack, use the right or left bumpers while Sonic is standing still to make his dodge left or right. This is unlocked at the beginning of the game.
