Aldonza: Why do you do these things?

Don Quixote: What things?
Aldonza: These ridiculous... the things you do!
Don Quixote: I hope to add some measure of grace to the world.

I don’t know if Kira is good or evil. And I’m serious when I say I’d give my life to capture Kira. But I also think that Kira is fighting against evil. Look at the last incident. Kira called us the enforcers of justice, and lent us a hand in order to get the notebook back. And as a result, we got it back. I believe that this was possible because we all believed in Kira.

These are Near Pure Goods who mistakenly do the wrong thing which is mainly due to them having the lack of knowledge or proper conscience in an particular circumstance. This almost always appears in fables where some wide-eyed youth is ready to be taught a lesson during the story.

This probably is done as well for otherwise, competent characters who are completely grown and simply don't see a certain scope of the world they need to be concerned about. This category also applies to heroes who realized their mistakes and seek to improve themselves until they remain well-informed about similar dangers and predicaments.

They most likely will still take a starring role in their works, however the works themselves are existent under the plan that characters begin being unsure in a way that's worse. These Near Pure Goods have other times where they probably will be manipulated/misguided which is by an outside source, instead of themselves by themselves, and some of these cases probably will qualify as pawns of the villain, which depends on the story or factors.

The dark counterparts of these heroes are delusional Near Pure Evils.
