Notes[ | ]

• The damage-reduction effect is calculated after offensive Specials and damage boosting effects such as  Arcane Lúin and  Dominance.
  • If a skill such as  Miracle or  Everliving Domain can trigger, the damage-reduction effect will not trigger and the user will still survive with only 1 HP.
  • "Reduces damage by X%" effects stack multiplicatively, unlike interactions related to the weapon-triangle, such as  Triangle Adept and the weapon-triangle advantage boost.
    • For example, if both  Dodge and  Gust trigger, the maximum total damage-reduction is 64% instead of 80%, since the two skills reduce the damage to (1 − 40%) × (1 − 40%) = 36% of the original damage.
  • Non-Special "reduces damage by X%" effects can be neutralized or reduced by effects such as  Share Spoils or  Halves non-Special damage reduction.

• The effect of True Dragon Wall only activates during the first combat that the user enters during either phase of that turn.
  • If the user or a foe has any skills that neutralize or stack with True Dragon Wall's effect, those effects will only stack or be neutralized during the first combat that the user enters during either phase of that turn.

• True Dragon Wall's start-of-turn healing will not trigger if the unit is inflicted with  False Start or  Deep Wounds, unless 【Penalty】 are neutralized by skills such as  Odd Recovery 3 or  Dream Deliverer.

• The healing effect is triggered regardless of whether True Dragon Wall's user performs an attack during combat. If foe initiates combat and user cannot counterattack, True Dragon Wall's healing effect will still trigger.
• True Dragon Wall's user needs to survive the combat for the healing effect to trigger.
• True Dragon Wall's healing effect stacks with skills such as  Fury 4, that deal out of combat damage to their owner after combat.
• True Dragon Wall's after combat healing will not work if the foe has a skill that prevents HP recovery such as  Fatal Smoke 4 or  Incurable+, or the user has been inflicted with  Deep Wounds.
