- Time Pulse Echo's cooldown count changing effect will not trigger if the unit is inflicted with False Start, unless False Start is neutralized by a skill such as Dream Deliverer.
- Cooldown count changes from skills that activate at the same time as Time Pulse Echo (at start of turn) are not considered in Time Pulse Echo's conditions.[1] Skills such as Infantry Pulse 4, Buffer 4, and Odd Pulse Tie 3 will have their effects stack.
- The effect is triggered regardless of whether Time Pulse Echo's user performs an attack during combat. If foe initiates combat and user cannot counterattack, Time Pulse Echo's effect will still trigger.
- Time Pulse Echo's user needs to survive the combat for the effect to trigger.
- Time Pulse Echo triggers before after combat Specials such as Galeforce and Røkkr AoE Specials.
- Cooldown count changes from skills that activate at the same time as Time Pulse Echo (after combat) are not considered in Time Pulse Echo's conditions. Skills such as Special Spiral 4, Time's Pulse 4, and Pulse Smog will have their effects stack.
