Disney Tales of Magic is a 20-minute multimedia and fireworks show that premiered on January 10, 2025 at Disneyland Paris featuring elements from Disney and Pixar films.
On September 30, 2024, Disneyland Paris announced that an all-new "never-before-seen nighttime spectacular" would premiere on January 10, 2025 themed after Disney and Pixar films. The show was confirmed to feature immersive projections at the Sleeping Beauty Castle and the façades at Main Street, U.S.A. The nighttime spectacular was also confirmed to feature fountains, lighting effects, and an original soundtrack with Disneyland Paris stating that it would feature an immersive show featuring various Disney franchises that would help guests "discover the true magic within their lives".[1]
On November 12, 2024, it was then announced revealed that the officially titled was "Disney Tales of Magic". The show was confirmed to feature an immersive experience not seen at Disneyland Paris before. It was then confirmed that franchises such as Cinderella, Encanto, Inside Out, Pinocchio, The Lion King, Coco, Toy Story, and WALL-E would be feature in the show. It was also revealed that London-based visual effects company NorthHouse would bring the immersive show to life. It was also announced that Disneyland Paris would continue the tradition of using drones operated by drone company Dronisos to develop immersive images in the sky, followed by an original song, "Live in Magic" performed in French and English by Noémie Legrand, Tony Ferrari, and Lucky West accompanied by a 100-piece orchestra recorded at Air Studios in London.[2]
The show also features multimedia effect stretching out to certain areas at Disneyland Paris such as Main Street, U.S.A. and Sleeping Beauty Castle in addition to the use of drones recreating Disney moments during the show.
This is Disneyland Paris' first multimedia show to incorporate projections on the Main Street, U.S.A. façades, something which was never done before over the years.
