The Incredible Terence[1] is a transformation that appears in the Angry Birds series. It is an alternate state of Terence, achieved by passing through a wormhole. In this form, Terence gets a green plumage and his mass is increased to the point he has a gravitational field of his own.
Physically, the Incredible Terence looks almost identical to the normal Terence. Due to cosmic radiation,[1] however, his plumage is now green instead of crimson, like the Marvel Comics character Hulk.
Game appearances[]
Angry Birds Space[]
In Angry Birds Space, the Incredible Terence appears as Terence's transformation. At the start of the events of the game, Terence assumed this state by passing through an extraterrestrial wormhole which he used to go to space. The Incredible Terence debuts in the sixteenth level of Cold Cuts and appears in all subsequent chapters, being the sixth character to be introduced in the game overall.
In gameplay, the Incredible Terence can solely be used in the levels where he appears, when it is his turn to be launched from the slingshot. Just like the normal Terence in previous games, the Incredible Terence acts as a much stronger and larger version of Super Red, letting out a roar if the screen is tapped while he is in flight and in a gravitational field that makes any nearby Space Pigs to slightly go up, popping them after they go down. Like the normal Terence, the Incredible Terence is incredibly strong and can easily deal with virtually any material. However, instead of destroying structures with sheer brute force like the normal Terence does, the Incredible Terence pushes them far away, causing lots of devastation. The player is given 10,000 bonus points for each Incredible Terence that was not used to beat the level once all Space Pigs have been popped.
The Wingman also appears in the form of the Incredible Terence as a power-up. This time, however, Wingman can send out a gravitational field around him when the screen is tapped, attracting nearby objects for a couple of seconds until the field disappears and he disintegrates.
Angry Birds Reloaded[]
In Angry Birds Reloaded, the Incredible Terence returns as a playable character in the remastered Cold Cuts levels in July 2023. His propierties are identical to those in Space.

Book Appearances[]
Kaiken[]
The Incredible Terence appears in (unsurprisingly) non-speaking roles in both Angry Birds Space Kaiken books.
Ice Bird locates The Incredible Terence while looking for his other friends in space. The Incredible Terence later appears with the other birds at the end of the book.
The Lightning Birds, counting different objects in space, come across The Incredible Terence twice. The first time, they count him alone, and the second time he's paired with Ice Bird.

Powers and abilities[]
The Incredible Terence's superpower is his "Incredible Monster Crush", which allows him to easily destroy virtually anything in his way. In this form, his mass is increased to the point he is said to have a gravitational field of his own, and as a result, he is denser than a white dwarf star. Additionally, he has the ability to make powerful roars.[1]
Trivia[]
His original name was Bulk, based on Marvel Comics superhero Hulk's name.[2]
His launch sound is a modified, low pitch version of the original launch sound. It was modified further for Chewbacca's launch sound.
The Incredible Terence has a slightly different look in older versions of Angry Birds Space having only two extra dark green spots arounds his eyes rather than four like usual and the shadow lining under his beak not being present. This is noticeable in the prototype versions of the game with the sprites of a version with the tan underbelly being created first, and then the idle sprite being created second. This version is also present on the original title screen for the game. His Reloaded Space design also uses a tan underbelly rather than a green one.
