Scarecrow Pigs (Also referred to as Sack Pigs) are special pig variants that first appeared in Haunted Hogs, an episode from Angry Birds Seasons. They are crudely made rag dolls that behave like an enemy the player must destroy to finish the level.
Trivia[]
- A torn up Sack Pig is shown when you fail a level in Haunted Hogs.
- Despite being mostly used for Halloween levels, 3 shrunken Minion Sack Pigs are featured on 1–7 of Tropigal Paradise, and 5 more are used as the only enemies in 1–7 of Fairy Hogmother.
- An unused small variant of the Minion Sack Pig (lacking a sprite) can be found in the editor of older versions.
- The 5000 points from the Sack Pig are a de-saturated version of the regular 5000 received for killing a normal Pig.
- In The World of Angry Birds Official Guide book, Foreman Sack Pig is described as a pig wearing a Mexican skull mask, while Corporal is described as a pig wearing a hockey mask.
- Them, alongside the Demon Rubber Ducks in Friendship Day and the Weapons in Ahtisaari Days are the only enemies in the game that aren't pigs (although they are modeled after them).
- There are no sack variants for King Pig or the Small Pigs.
- But there is an unused Small Scarecrow Pig which lacks sprites and can be found in the Level Editor.
