Don't write Toby off on account for his goofy looks. This little oddball is particularly adept in the art of the surprise drool attack!

He is a blue small cubic bird with a lighter belly, light eyebags, yellow long beak with a tongue, talons of the same colour, large eyes with crossed red irises to the center, large black eyebrows, dark blue feather hair, dark feathers on the back and dark blue feather tail.
Evolution[]
He has now more hair and tail feathers, his eyes are almost closed with black eyelids, his beak shows teeth that is holding the tongue that is now falling more, his left pupil is smaller and he wears white panties with a yellow heart on his forehead that shows a bit of the hair.
In Angry Birds Friends!, he is classic and the feathers are darker.
