History[]
Passel Argente was a male senator representing his homeworld of Kooriva, serving on the Galactic Senate of the Republic. He was among the senators who supported the Vote of No Confidence issued by Queen Padmé Amidala against the leadership of Supreme Chancellor Finis Valorum.
Argente became acquainted with Count Dooku, and was responsible for introducing him to Eriadu governor Wilhuff Tarkin. He was the first member in the Galactic Senate to support what would become the Confederacy of Independent Systems, encouraging other senators as well.
In 22 BBY, Argente was among the heads of corporation that met with Dooku on Geonosis to discuss a treaty. Argente pledged himself and the Corporate Alliance to the Separatist Alliance.
Near the end of the Clone Wars, Argente joined the rest of the Separatist Council on Utapau. General Grievous sent them into hiding on Mustafar. In the control room where they were stationed, the Separatists were informed by Darth Sidious that his new apprentice Darth Vader would arrive to "take care" of them. They were betrayed, however, as Vader had come to kill them. Argente attempted to flee, but was decapitated by Vader.
