Qing Long (青龍刀 in Soulcalibur III, Soulcalibur V, and Soulcalibur VI; 青竜刀 in Soulcalibur IV and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny) is a sword that has appeared multiple times throughout the series, with different designs and being used by different people. Qing Long appeared in Soulcalibur III, where it is wielded by Hwang, custom Pirates and Sword Masters (by default) and Assassins (Level 10+). It appears again in Soulcalibur IV and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny, though now used by Yun-seong. In Soulcalibur V, Qing Long is one of Leixia's weapons, unlocked after completing Episode 15 in Story ~1607 A.D.~. It returns in Soulcalibur VI, but now used by Xianghua.
It, along with White Storm, is available by default. It has Will Power equipped by default as a skill, which increases the player's stats when their HP decreases to a certain amount.
Soulcalibur Broken Destiny[]
Qing Long appears in Soulcalibur Broken Destiny as one of Yun-seong's weapons. It is available from the start of the game.
Qing Long appears in Soulcalibur V as one of Leixia's weapons. It is unlocked by completing Episode 15 in Story ~1607 A.D.~.
Soulcalibur VI[]
Description: A one-handed sword with a blade that grows wider as it nears the tip. Also known as "Willow Leaf," the weapon bears a striking resemblance to the large sword "Hyup Do Azure Dragon." As this word takes after the name of one of the four gods who protect the heavens in China, those who use it must feel greatly protected.
Trivia[]
Qing Long is Chinese for "Azure Dragon".
Qing Long has had numerous different designs throughout the series: in Soulcalibur III it uses the same design as one of Xianghua's weapons going by the name of Qi Xing Sword, in Soulcalibur IV and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny it used the same model as Yun-seong's The Ancient from Soulcalibur III but with a different colour scheme, in Soulcalibur V and Soulcalibur VI it used a new, original design.
