Spine Blade & Ivan the Terrible (スクラッチコーム Sukuratchi kōmu?, lit. Scratch Comb) are one of Cassandra's weapons in Soulcalibur IV and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny. It is a combination of Spine Blade's sword and Ivan the Terrible's shield.

Spin Blade & Ivan the Terrible are one of Cassandra's weapons in Soulcalibur Broken Destiny. They are already unlocked from the start of the game.

- This set returns in Soulcalibur: Lost Swords as one of Patroklos' premium weapons, along with Katzbalger is the two of Cassandra's swords and shields that Patroklos can wield in this game, and in the game it goes by the name "Scratch Comb".
- Spine Blade & Ivan the Terrible's name in Japanese is "Scratch Comb". This is the same name that Spine Blade had in the Japanese versions of Soulcalibur II and Soulcalibur III.
- It appears in Soulcalibur VI, although it's just simply referred to as Spine Blade.
