The Ancient (古キ者?) is one of Siegfried's weapons in Soulcalibur III.
This weapon is the version of The Ancient that is used by Siegfried and Olcadan (when he uses his moveset).
Olcadan is able to use this weapon at the start (alongside everybody else's The Ancient). However, Siegfried's version of The Ancient needs to be unlocked. There are two ways of doing this:
- The easiest method is to finish all missions in Siegfried's Tutorial.
- The harder method is to defeat Olcadan in Siegfried's Tales of Souls mode.
Trivia[]
- It resembles the sword that Edge Master uses when he mimics Siegfried and Nightmare's style in Soulcalibur.
- Although Siegfried and Nightmare have similar weapon types, this does not look like Nightmare's version of The Ancient.
