Etymology[]
- His surname is a pun on the Japanese word "Meter" (メーター Mētā), which means any dashboard gauge, especially "Speedometer" (スピードメーター Supīdomētā). His nickname “Chasshiro” is a pun on “chassis”.
Legend Sentai Devices[]
The Bun Blue Ranger Key (ブンブルーレンジャーキー Bun Burū Renjā Kī) is Ishiro's personal Ranger Key released as part of the " Mobilates - Memorial Best Selection & Boonboom Set ". It is unknown if it will appear in a future crossover. Of course as with all Ranger Keys, should it exist, it would be able to transform one, i.e. Gokai Blue, into Bun Blue.
Notes[]
- Ishiro breaks the recent trend of the Blue Ranger of the season being the last to join the team or debut his transformation, doing the former before the first episode, and the latter in said episode.
- Ishiro's hypothetical upgrade form pays homage to James Bond mainly the form name being 007.
