Cats (Felis catus) are a race of mammals native to Earth. Cats, while commonly feral in wildlife, are one of the most widely domesticated fauna on the planet, with humans frequently adopting them as pets and domestic companions.

Not long before meeting "Mike", Claire Temple agreed to cat-sit for a friend of hers, despite the fact that she's allergic to cat fur.^[4]

In 2016, Delmar owned a cat named Murph, who lived inside the deli-grocery store where his owner worked in New York City.^[5] In 2024, Murph was seen living in Delmar's new deli shop.^[6]

Jason Ellison adopted a cat, whom he named Ralph after his favorite author, Ralph Ellison, because he felt lonely in his apartment.^[7]

The paperwork clerk who worked for the Time Variance Authority owned a cat that stayed with him in his office.^[2]

Alligator Loki was banished from his timeline by the Time Variance Authority for eating a neighbor's cat.^[8]

In an alternate Universe, Murph is the pet cat of Delmar. While at Delmar's Deli-Grocery, he was being pet by Peter Parker when a pile of boxes was accidently knocked over by an employee toward them. However, Parker dodged the boxes, saving Murph.^[9]
