The Bubble Breeze Galaxy is a galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy. It can be accessed from the Kitchen, and features a section of one of the Swamp Planets (presumably the Starting Planet) in its icon. This galaxy is a large swamp with a few islands and a few large fans. The Toad Brigade is found in the galaxy. This galaxy features Bubble Blowing. Mario can only get to this galaxy after he has 19 Power Stars in his possession, including the Grand Stars from the Gateway Galaxy, Bowser Jr.'s Robot Reactor, and Bowser's Star Reactor. Phil Board makes an appearance here to teach Mario how to ride a bubble.

Missions[]

Through the Poison Swamp[]

Mario must get to the Power Star by floating over the swamp's quicksand-like water in a bubble. The entire mission is very hazardous; the bubble Mario is in can pop easily, sending him falling into the muck below. Among the dangers he will encounter are mines and spinning walls.

Planets[]

Starting Planet -- Swamp Planet 1[]

This planet is where Mario starts. The planet is shaped like a shield, and five golden Star Chips and several fans and mines can be found here. In order to make his way to the next planet, Mario has to grab all five Star Chips to summon the Launch Star.

Swamp Planet 2[]

The Launch Star on the starting planet takes Mario to this sword-shaped planet. The path splits in several locations, sometimes leading him to bonus areas. The Power Star is over a sandy landmass, surrounded by a pair of mines.

Nomenclature[]

The Galaxy's Japanese and Korean names come from transliterations of "Trial Bubble Galaxy" (Japanese: Toraiaru Baburu Gyarakushī (written as トライアルバブルギャラクシー); Korean: Teuraieol Beobeul Gaelleoksi (written as 트라이얼 버블 갤럭시). In Spanish, it is called the Training Bubble Galaxy, or Galaxia Burbujas Entrenante. Its Italian name, Galàssia Bolla-Mánia, literally means "Bubble Mania Galaxy." In German, it is called the Test-Blase Galaxie, with Test-Blase meaning "Trial Bubble." Its French name, Galaxie Défi de la Bulle, means "Bubble Challenge Galaxy." Its Chinese name is Qìpào Màoxiǎn Yínhé (气泡冒险银河), meaning "Bubble Adventure Galaxy."

Trivia[]
