Naberius

Naberius (Japanese: ベルレス Belreth) is a character appearing in Fire Emblem Gaiden and Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. Naberius appears twice in Gaiden's final Act alongside Cerberus. In Echoes, Naberius's first appearance has been replaced with a generic Dread Fighter.

Naberius appears twice in Act 5, first in the second battle of Duma Temple and later in the final battle.

Role

Naberius appears in the final battle, defending Duma, like in Gaiden. He is just as mysterious as he was in Gaiden, as no one addresses him and he has no dialogue. It is possible he was sacrificed to Duma or underwent a related ritual and became some unknown parallel to a witch, as he expresses similar physical traits to witches, including a pale complexion and eyes with black sclera and white irises.
