Before leaving with his parents, Jiji apologizes to his friends for causing trouble and that he will never forget his debt to them. Momo thanks Okarun and Aira for their help as well and hears from Okarun that he will see her tomorrow. Not pleased with this being the only thing he had to say to her, Momo tries to have him say more, which leads to her getting into a fight with Aira after she catches her harassing him. After finishing up at the bathhouse, Momo and Seiko walk back home. With the matter of their house still destroyed, Seiko tells Momo that they will simply rebuild it despite not having any money, which the last of it was spent on the bathhouse. Momo tells Seiko that she can't offer any money since she recently started her job. Despite this, Seiko dismisses her wanting to contribute since she can't rely on part-time earnings, much to Momo's annoyance. After hearing Seiko dismiss her suggest about asking for expenses from their guests, Momo tries to tell her to stop acting tough and to not overdo it as a grandmother, only for Seiko to reply that she should not underestimate grandmothers. As the two become more concern over the loss of their possessions as they head over to the torii gate, Momo and Seiko look to see an alien in front of them and react by immediately kicking him away for trespassing on their property. Momo then sees Okarun calling out to her while he is with Aira, Mr. Mantis Shrimp, and Chiquitita. Okarun tells Momo that he and the others have come to help repair their house and introduces Ludris, Mr. Mantis Shrimp's friend who is a construction specialist. Momo then apologizes to Ludris for kicking him earlier but sees him responding with anger, though Mr. Mantis Shrimp says that his reaction meant that he was honored to be kicked by her. Seiko initially dismisses Mr. Mantis Shrimp and Okarun's help but caves in to allowing them to do as they please.
