Castle Sieges Are Hard (攻城戦は難しい, Kōjō-sen wa Muzukashii^?) is the hundred forty-sixth chapter of the Dandadan manga series.

Summary[]

With the enemies' mages up front to attack the warriors, Momo commands her archers to shoot the mages down before they strike and then orders her warriors to maintain a position where the mages' spell can't reach them. Unji enters his transformation and manages to take out a number of archers, much to Momo's delight to see that she made the right call assigning him as the only knight amongst the army. Unji sees that his HP has dropped despite blocking an attack from a warrior and is warned by Momo that he has to avoid hits from warriors since his role as a knight makes him weak against that particular role. After managing to take down a third of the opposing army, the behemoths are deployed to eliminate a mass number of Momo and Unji's troops. Momo tells Unji to stay clear of the behemoths since they are warrior class and commands her warriors to put up their shields to defend against the rain of arrows fired by the archers. The warriors are then eliminated by a wyvern flying above them breathing fire. Momo commands her archers to attack the wyvern, since it is mage class, and requests for Unji to handle taking down the enemies' archers. However, with the warriors protecting the mages and the beasts continuing their onslaught, Momo gets a bad feeling that the battle is not in their favor.
