Put That Fire Out (消火しよう Shōka Shiyō?) is the forty-sixth chapter of the Dandadan manga series.
Summary[]
Momo manages to make progress in cooling down the forest fire and the magma with the Tsuchinoko's corpse but finds herself having to face the Kito Family as they try to stop her from abusing the Tsuchinoko and for taking credit in protecting the village. Momo is then protected by the priest she met at the Tsuchinoko shrine earlier, who reveals himself to also be a disciple of Seiko and was ordered by his master to look after her and her friends. Momo continues hosing down the fire but is once again hindered after the Evil Eye arrives to damage the Tsuchinoko's corpse and attack the Kito Family. Momo uses her powers to help move the priest and the Kito Family Head out of the way of the Evil Eye's assault on them, begs for the spirit to stop using Jiji's body to hurt people, and asks for Okarun's whereabouts, only for the Evil Eye to refuse to comply. Momo hears the Kito Family Head blaming her for all that has happened and tells her to put her anger towards her aside as the Evil Eye rushes in to attack them.
