We All Fall Down is the death song and the musical Easter Egg for the zombie map Die Rise. The song is sung by Clark S. Nova. It was released in-game on January 29, 2013.
It was then re-released on the Mob of the Dead Soundtrack as the twenty-sixth and final track.
The song can also be played at the main menu or in the Safehouse using the Music Player in Call of Duty: Black Ops III.

- The spelled letters at the start of the song translate to Roman numerals, CXV being 115 (an obvious reference to Element 115) and MDCLXV being 1665 ("Xenopsylla Cheopis" refers to the Great Plague Of London, which happened in 1665).
- The instrumental version can be heard in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War in the Zombies game mode of Outbreak within Golova, being played on a radio within the "Train Loading" location.[1]
- According to a tweet by Kevin Sherwood, the lyric "and their ferritin is high" is related to the lyric "There's an iron smell of blood in the air" in The One from Shi No Numa.[2]
