Victorious Tortoise is a Perk featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies mode.
It appears as a Perk Vapor within Voyage of Despair, IX, Dead of the Night, and Ancient Evil, and as a traditional Perk-a-Cola within Blood of the Dead, Classified, Alpha Omega, and Tag der Toten.
Overview[]
Victorious Tortoise is unlocked at Level 14. When purchased, will allow the player's shield to block damage from all directions when held out. Whenever the player's shield is destroyed, the perk will cause the shield to send out a defensive explosion.
When Victorious Tortoise is selected as the "Modifier" perk and the player has all of their other perks, using a shield bash attack will now be able to knock down heavy and mini-boss enemies such as Destroyers and Marauders.
