Fusion Spells, Fusion Skills (合体スキル, Gattai Sukiru)? or Mix Raids (ミックスレイド, Mikkusu Reido)? in the Japanese version of Persona 3 are skills that combine two or more skills, or the powers of two or more specific demons or Persona, to create a different effect that is usually a much more potent form of the spells being invoked.
The Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner series features Combo Skills, which effectively work the same way. Combos can be used by combining different spell effects or by combining a protective spell with the gun used by a character in human form.

In chapter 2 of Persona: Tsumi to Batsu, Narui, Rinne, and Keito perform a Fusion Spell called Thunder Crash by combining Bishamonten's Agidyne, Varuna's Magnus, and Indra's Ziodyne. In chapter 3, Narui and Kazumi combine Sword Dance and Agydine into Mad Flame Dance. In chapter 12, Yakumo's Shokuin and Gyokoku Joutei and Rea's Valkyrie create the spell Pantheon. In chapter 16, Bishamonten and Indra fuse Maragidyne and Blade of Fury into Conflagrant Wrath. In chapter 17, Keito's Odin and Narui's Suzaku combine Deathbound and Mahama into Light Smasher. In chapter 18, Kazumi's Yama and Keito's Odin make a spell called Lightning Strike. Finally. Yama, Indra, Bishamonten, and Rihito's new Varuna use a fusion spell called Quadra Termination to defeat Yakumo's Schwartz.
