"This isn't just a Code Yellow. I didn't want to put this over the radio, but one of the guys in there is the spitting image of Phil Coulson."
―Trevor Khan

Code Yellow is the fourth episode of the sixth season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Synopsis[]

Yo-Yo and Keller take things public; parasitic aliens threaten the human race; and someone really needs boba.

Plot[]

AoS-S6-Teaser-13

Deke Shaw and his friend, Trevor Khan fight Remorath. Khan runs out of ammo, so Shaw hands him the Shotgun-Axe. Khan is then killed by an enemy, which prompts Shaw to note that it just got personal, he then leaps and shoots the Remorath while dual-wielding guns, saving the day. However, when walking away, a Kree Reaper sneaks up on him. Shaw dodges the blow and kills him using the Shotgun-Axe, saying a cheesy line after. When leaving, he opens a door and Daisy Johnson comes out to kiss Shaw for his heroic efforts. Shaw is then woken up by his girlfriend, Sequoia, who interrupts Shaw from his Framework testing, to ask him to go out for Boba. Shaw walks around his new company's facility while Sequoia records him for a promo. Shaw showcases many of "his" inventions which are actually S.H.I.E.L.D. inventions and weapons.

At the Lighthouse, Damon Keller attempts to talk to Director Alphonso Mackenzie about his relationship with Yo-Yo Rodriguez. Mackenzie cuts him off and warns him not to be in any relationship. This could be because of jealousy or strategical. Rodriguez walks in and briefs Mack about the location of Sarge and his crew.

Jaco and Pax finds a Shrike infested body and they follow him. The man is stopped by Snowflake who stalls him so that Sarge can kill the man and the Shrike.

Shaw attacked by Sarge

Deke Shaw is interrupted by an employee who tells him about a last second meeting with a mystery man. He enters the meeting room to find Sarge, who he thinks is Phil Coulson. He worriedly explains why he is marketing off of S.H.I.E.L.D. weapons, but feels something is off. He concludes that S.H.I.E.L.D. wiped his memory. Sarge takes this as an opportunity to get Shaw to tell him everything. Shaw asks him about his grandparents which he knows Coulson doesn't have. He then makes up a fake name and asks Sarge how Agent Doug is doing. Sarge replies saying that "Doug's Doug". Shaw then knows Sarge isn't Coulson. Sarge holds Shaw with a Shrike Dagger to his throat saying that Shaw isn't from there and has to be terminated. Shaw then grabs a sharp trophy and stabs Sarge's hand revealing he has no cybornetic arm like Coulson had. Shaw then runs away while Jaco tells Sarge that Shaw doesn't have the same readings as Shrike, but still isn't from Earth, Sarge remarks that it is strange. Khan sneaks up behind Shaw and tells him he is an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. and has been assigned by Mack to be Shaw's friend. They escape out the back and find Mack.

Keller-DeathScene

Meanwhile, Marcus Benson studies the deceased shrike-infested body. He opens up the chest to find a Shrike nesting itself inside. He takes the dagger out of the Shrike, but it is too soon as the Shrike hasn't died yet and flies out of the body. After flying around in the ventilation shafts, the Shrike flies into Keller's mouth and nests itself inside of him. He is taken to the medical bay and starts getting a fever. Benson gives Keller a sedative which causes the Shrike to start killing Keller's body. The Shrike emits the crystal shards which start ripping Keller apart, Rodriguez is then forced to stab the dagger into Keller's heart, killing the Shrike.

Remorath Rumble 18

Mackenzie and Melinda May infiltrate the building and May goes in to pursuit on Snowflake. Shaw gets a call from Sequoia who has arrived at the facility and asks where everyone is. Shaw puts on a bullet-proof vest and goes in to save her. Snowflake attacks May and they engage in a knife fight. May wins the fight easily but is captured by Sarge, who sneaks behind her. Shaw and Sequoia make their way to the exit but are attacked by Pax. Mack saves them and beats Pax. When Jaco tries to fight them, Shaw leads Jaco into his framework where Jaco is seduced by fake Daisy Johnson. Mack watches it happen on the monitor and looks at Shaw who offers him 2 percent of the company to keep quiet.

On his truck, Sarge waits for May to wake up so he can question her.
