Biography[]
Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.[]
Discussing Wrapped Realities[]
Julian was one of the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents who worked under Alphonso Mackenzie as the Director of the agency. He took part in the S.H.I.E.L.D. investigation on some anomalies which caused reality warps across the globe, and when asked by More whether Jemma Simmons had an explanation to it, Julian reminded him that Simmons was on a mission in space and that the anomalies had begun after she had left.[2]
Rescue of Deke Shaw[]
Julian later joined a S.H.I.E.L.D. squad which was rerouted after they were informed by Trevor Khan of the attack on Deke Shaw. Julian was left in charge of Shaw but unintentionally let him escape from the Quinjet while he called the base to confirm whether Shaw was a priority subject or not.[3]
Izel's Infiltration[]
- "There seems to be a malfunction with the door. It won't open."
"Not a malfunction. You don't have clearance here. It's top-level only. Keeps out people who have a history of stealing S.H.I.E.L.D. tech for profit." - â"Deke Shaw" and Julian[src]

Julian blocks "Deke Shaw" from entering a room
In the aftermath of an apparent S.H.I.E.L.D. victory over Izel, Julian was left guarding the room where the Gravity Containment Device was kept in the Lighthouse. Upon seeing Deke Shaw approaching and trying to enter the room, Julian informed him that he was not allowed to access the room due to lacking the proper clearance level, and recalled that Shaw had an history of stealing from S.H.I.E.L.D. for profit. He then told Shaw that only Mackenzie could open the door; however, Julian was unaware that he had actually delivered the information to Izel, who was possessing Shaw at the time.[4]

- â The penultimate episode of the fifth season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. reveals that the Black Order are attacking New York City at the same time, which means the season five finale occurs shortly before the Snap. The sixth season premiere has on-screen text which indicates that it is one year later; therefore, despite the series not discussing or dealing with the Snap, all organic characters who are alive at the beginning of the sixth season or are indicated to still be alive are treated as Snap survivors.
