Taloon (コネルト, Koneruto) is the organizer of the Preview Market in Yorknew City where items are auctioned that could not be indexed in the official catalogs (such as the Southernpiece Catalog) because of insufficient time.[1]

Appearance[]

Taloon is an older man with a large nose, a bushy mustache, and hair covering the back of his neck. He wears a patterned shirt and cap with pants and shoes.

Personality[]

Although he comes across as cordial and professional, when he appraises items that pique his interest, Taloon doesn't hesitate to propose an offer before they're previewed before the auction.[1]

Plot[]

Yorknew City arc[]

When Gon, Killua, and Zepile arrive at the Preview Market, Taloon introduces himself as the gallery director. He says that his employees have told him that the three have brought a marvelous specimen. As Taloon examines the jewelry from the wooden vault, he praises the valuables' quality and condition, offering to buy them himself for Jenny Symbol 2011250 million. Zepile quickly declines, and Taloon understands since the jewelry could make more at the auction. He then leads the group to the preview floor and signals someone as he walks away.[1]

On the day of the Preview Market auction, Taloon is seen standing beside the auctioneer as he sells the wooden vault for Jenny Symbol 2011355 million.[2]
