Karma Houdini

Karma Houdinis are characters who have gotten away with their crimes, and other foul actions, either by outright winning or escaping before they can be punished. Karma Houdini Hate Sinks are often the most hated of all Hate Sinks because they not only commit exceptionally horrible acts but also receive insufficient/zero punishment for said acts.

Karma Houdinis tend to be classified under the following subcategories:

• Cowards: the ones who plead for their life, run away and/or do not like to take high risks and have someone else to do it (e.g. Yon Rha, D'Vorah, Old Man from Avatar: Last Airbender).
• Insufficiently-Punished: The Hate Sink suffers some form of repercussions, but they are incredibly minor compared to the gravity of their actions (e.g. Agatha Trunchbull, Angela from Stranger Things, Kim Do-Hun from Sweet Home, Cult Leader from Lookism, Margaret Robinson from TAWOG and Eunice from ShanePlays).
• Too dangerous and/or elusive to be fought back or pursued: In this case, the hero cannot defeat the said hate sink, and just decided to avoid/escape them (e.g. the Coachman, Monaca Towa, Father Loutermilch, Father Fairest, The Protagonist (Chururira Chururira Daddadda!), Mr. de la Cruz).
• Unpunished: These hate sinks don't get punished at all and escape the narrative scot-free (e.g. Neil Hargrove, Gray's Mother, Matias Torres, Principal Kelly Hallway Girls from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure)

Note: Hate Sink characters who were defeated without being killed or imprisoned while earning their deserved humiliations altogether should NOT count as Karma Houdinis.
