Eunice is one of the two main recurring antagonists (alongside Officer Finkleberry) of the ShanePlays Roblox videos.
He is the rude and annoying manager of Bloxburg that constantly bullies others to boost his own ego. Sometimes, he causes problems for the protagonists.
What makes him a Hate Sink?[]
- He has a very high pitched, whiny voice, almost certainly intended by the creator to make him obnoxious. Making this worse, he shouts all of his lines.
- While "The Sad Truth About The Meanest Manager in Bloxburg" gives him a Freudian Excuse due to his bad childhood, he is continually portrayed as a Hate Sink in every other video even after this and he never learns any lesson whatsoever or attempts to do so and never thinks back on his childhood any other time, making him Unintentionally Sympathetic.
- In the same episode it's shown that when he started working at the Pizza Place, he went behind his boss's back and got him fired so he could become manager.
- In "Losing 1000 Pounds", he makes fun of Gordon for his weight.
- In "Poor to Rich: The Story of Alex", he makes fun of Alex for being homeless and refuses to give him a job.
- When Alex gets a job at another place as a janitor, Eunice gets him fired just for the sake of being cruel.
- When Alex shows up now rich, Eunice doesn't believe him and continues to insult and make fun of him until he reveals that he bought the pizza place.
- He gets Finkleberry to arrest Alex. Eunice and Finkleberry than frame Alex for various crimes and get him to lose all his money, bribing the corrupt judge to hand all Alex's money over to them.
- Eunice buys Alex's house, leaving Alex homeless again, out of spite.
- He makes fun of Alex for being homeless again because of him.
- He has the gall to say that he and Finkleberry didn't do anything wrong by trying to ruin Alex's life.
- He breaks into the pizza place and steals a uniform.
- He is easily tricked into revealing his identity when trying to deny who he is, showing his low intelligence.
- In "The WORST Manager Gets Arrested", he mugs his own deliveryman when he comes to deliver the sodas to the gas station, planning to take the sodas home for himself. After getting arrested, he mocks the warden of the jail and tries to pin the crime on the deliveryman.
- In "The Worst Boss In Brookhaven!" he starts off bullying his employee, Robert, for no reason, telling him that his face is ugly. He tells Robert he's the laziest, stupidest person he ever met, and says that he's taking half of Robert's paycheck, with Robert mentioning he did the same thing last week.
- He talks back to his superior Mr. Pepper, the district manager, showing how foolish he is.
- He threatens his employee Travis, saying he will punch him in the mouth.
- He is arrogant and deluded enough to think that people respect him, despite how poorly he treats everyone.
- Even after getting demoted to a janitor, he still tries to bully Robert and boss him around, demanding that he give him some of his money and make him a pizza.
- It's mentioned that when Travis's pet cat died, Eunice just told him to get over it.
- While he does team up with Travis to get Mr. Pepper (who turns out to be even meaner than Eunice) fired, he immediately returns to insulting Travis afterward, showing that he didn't actually grow or learn anything from the experience.
- In "He Built A SECRET GAMING ROOM To Hide From His MEAN MOM!", he throws a fit because the game store won't give him special treatment by giving him games for free.
- In "Poor To Rich: Winning the Lottery!", he makes fun of Jared for being poor and, when selling him a lottery ticket, tells him to have fun losing. When Jared wins, Eunice tries to save face by lying that he was just kidding with Jared and they are friends so he can gain publicity for selling him the winning ticket. Unfortunately, Jared falls for it, allowing Eunice to benefit as well.
- In "A DOLLAR Turned Him Into A TRILLIONAIRE!", he tries to sabotage a rival restaurant with help from Terry. They even spill toxic waste over the place. It's also revealed that he's such a poor manager, that he has only passed the health inspections because of Terry rigging it.
- In "Officer Finkleberry Gets Fired!", it's mentioned that he and Officer Finkleberry often rob people and kidnap them to hold them for ransom. He also refuses to give Finkleberry a job after he gets fired from the police station, despite the two supposedly being friends.
- In "Rags to Riches", he hates Shane just for being poor and tells Creepy Rob not to sell hotdogs to him.
- He steals shipments from his workplace and tries to sell them on the street. When Shane catches him, he frames Shane for everything, leading to him being fired.
- When he hears that Shane is starting his own business, Eunice tries to ruin it just because he doesn't want Shane to be successful.
- When a customer asks to see a manager, Eunice yells at him to shut up and get out of the store, saying he doesn't care about the customer and his ugly face.
- He starts robbing various businesses and forcing them to sell their stores to him.
- In "The Hated Twin", he mocks Nathan's desire to find his mother who abandoned him long ago and tells him he's driving business away due to how ugly he is.
- He tells Nathan he's a loser that nobody loves.
- He mentions that he would get Nathan arrested for stealing a car from him even if he didn't do it.
- In "The Brookhaven Supervillain!", when he and Finkleberry are given a superpower serum to give them superpowers so they can help the supervillain, it just gives him the power to fart really bad, which he uses to annoy people. In the end, the villain considers him and Finkleberry pathetic and useless and kicks them out of his league.
- In "I Was Arrested", he kidnaps Matt and holds him prisoner in his home so that he will be unable to testify against Officer Finkleberry, and Finkleberry will be set free and escape punishment for his actions. He goes to the trial and performs purgery, lying on the witness stand despite the oath to tell the truth, lying that Finkleberry is a wonderful man. He also further demonstrates his arrogance by yelling at the judge, which could have easily gotten him in trouble. He also shows how petty he is by bringing up the fact that he is looking for work in court. Advertising that one is looking for work in court could easily lead to a judge reprimanding you for bothering the court with useless details instead of doing your job and giving your testimony.
- In "The Hated Triplet", when Austin takes his groceries to him and tries to check out, instead of doing his job, Eunice refuses, tells Austin he's ugly, and shouts at him to get out, bullying him for no reason at all.
- When Austin asks him to please stop being mean to him and states he has to get the groceries back to his family, Eunice mocks him by pretending to cry and tells him he doesn't care about him.
- When Austin asks Eunice to do his job, Eunice refuses and continues to bully him just to be a jerk.
- When Austin threatens to report him to the manager, Eunice says he isn't afraid of the manager (showing that he's very foolish since this could easily lead to him losing his job) and continues to bully Austin while refusing to do his job and let Austin check out his groceries, calling Austin a stupid ugly loser.
- Because of him, Austin ends up leaving the store without the groceries and getting yelled at by Corey. As Austin leaves, Eunice says that Austin's ugliness may have started to infect the store.
- He eventually becomes Austin's boss and continues to bully him around in his adult life.
- He tells Austin that he's "the stupidest man he ever met in his life" and refuses to believe him when he explains that his reason for being 30 minutes late is that his brother Corey took the car so he had to run to work.
- He tells Austin that everyone hates him and nobody in his life cares about him.
- He hypocritically calls Austin annoying, despite having an extremely annoying voice and constantly shouting.
- He fires Austin for being 30 minutes late while refusing to offer any compromise, even when Austin offers to work overtime, saying he doesn't want to look at Austin's ugly face.
- He tells Austin that he scares away all the customers with his ugly face.
- While he and Finkleberry do team up with Shane against the mayor in "The End of Brookhaven", realizing that he is a common enemy who threatens the entire city, he only helped in order to save himself and Finkleberry, not out of altruism. Furthermore, he remains a useless idiot who contributes virtually nothing. His sole contribution is unintentionally distracting the mayor's aid so that Britney can sneak past. After being freed from jail by Britney and Rudy, he doesn't do anything to help. In addition, while he claims to be grateful to them for freeing him, he still says that he will be charging them full price if they come into his pizza shop in the future, which causes Britney to immediately lose the new respect and sympathy she just gained for him. After this, he returns to being a jerk and criminal in future videos.
- In "His Mom HATED Him For Being A YouTuber", he tells Charlie he sucks and fires him while calling him stupid and a loser and telling him he hates him because a rude customer yelled at Eunice for the fact that the customer was held up in line due to Charlie and the customer in front of him were busy talking about Charlie's YouTube channel. While the customer was right to complain and Eunice was right to reprimand Charlie, immediately firing him on the spot was rather harsh, and insulting him the way he did was completely unjustified.
- In ''Toxic Sister Had Him Arrested!" A Roblox Movie'', he asks Tony if he's a dum-dum and calls him stupid and an ugly loser for putting all the chips in the wrong section of the store. While he was right to reprimand Tony for his mistake, he went too far by calling him names.
- Based on the way he constantly says "I'm Eunice" and uses this as a reason for why he can talk to people however he wants and doesn't have to worry about anything, he seems pretty egotistical. He also constantly boasts about being the manager of the Pizza Place despite that not being an impressive position at all.
- His calling others such as Austin ugly is hypocritical on his part. Eunice is balding. In addition, Eunice has beady eyes and his tongue hanging out, making him uglier than other characters.
- Almost all the characters in his videos dislike him and find him annoying.
- Despite getting arrested before, this is not enough to be considered karma, as he still hasn't changed his ways and continues to cause problems with everyone else.

- Overall, he is an ugly, whiny, shouting, foolish, egotistical, hypocritical, bullying man-child who insults his customers and workers instead of doing his job. He is also constantly shown to have terrible body odor.
