Mainframe Bertram is the main antagonist of the Jessie season 2 episode "The Jessie-nator: Grudgement Day".
He is the future version of Bertram Winkle, and the controller of the Bertram-Bots.
Mainframe Bertram is a giant blue computer with the head of Bertram, a wire box, a lot of hanging wires that are multiple different colors, a blue-lit cooling fan, and several white panels.

Bertram Winkle was the butler to the Ross kids, Emma, Luke, Zuri, and Ravi. Throughout his job, the kids constantly mocked him for how long his naps are and how bad his food is. The straw that broke the camel's back was when Luke put an exploding dye pack in his favorite utensil drawer which ruined all his favorite utensils. After that, Bertram decided to take his revenge on the Ross kids.
When Ravi invented the Bertram-Bot to help an ageing Bertram with his chores, Bertram hijacked it to help him take over the world, before making it mass-produce more of itself into an army, with Ravi's faulty programming being blamed for it.
In Bertram's rule of the world in 2072, the human race has been enslaved, and if anyone goes out of line, they are terminated by a roboticized Mrs. Kipling in the Thunderdome to "entertain fellow human scum". The future version of Jessie Prescott leads the human resistance against the Bertram-Bots, leading Bertram to order one of them to go back in time to 2013 to kill Jessie before she can grow up to lead the resistance.
The Bertram-Bot brings young Jessie, Luke, and Zuri to the future, where it brings them to the Thunderdome to be terminated. Meanwhile, future Jessie goes back in time to 2013, and after figuring out what happened, decides to go back to 2072 to save young Jessie, Luke, and Zuri, with Emma and Ravi coming with her against her warnings. After saving Emma and Ravi from a Bertram-Bot, they manage to reprogram it to be good, and they name it Arnold. Young Jessie, Luke, and Zuri are put in the Thunderdome, where after Jessie tries to stop Luke and Zuri from arguing over who's at fault for their current predicament, they panic about the roboticized Mrs. Kipling.
After future Jessie learns from Arnold that young Jessie, Luke, and Zuri are in the Thunderdome, Arnold pulls the gate off, allowing Luke and Zuri to escape, while future Jessie helps young Jessie fight Mrs. Kipling. After future Jessie is captured by the Bertram-Bots and taken up to the penthouse, Arnold brings young Jessie, Emma, Luke, Zuri, and Ravi up to the top by his jet-feet. Arnold then marches in the penthouse to save future Jessie, but is quickly destroyed by them.
Young Jessie and the kids go to save future Jessie, and after the Bertram-Bot doesn't recognize Emma, she destroys it and a couple of others without even a bit of hesitation, simply remarking that she feels "so much better". Young Jessie unties future Jessie, and future Jessie decides to hold off the Bertram-Bots while the rest go to the mainframe in the kitchen to save the world.
In the kitchen, they discover the mainframe is Bertram himself, who had his body replaced with a giant mainframe computer to live forever. Luke remarks on how he set up shop in "Bad Guy Central", and Bertram reveals he is "Bad Guy Central"; contrary to people's belief that Ravi's programming turned the bots evil, Bertram reprogrammed the bots so he could take over the world. Bertram then reveals his motive; the kids had been mocking him for years, and when Luke's prank ruined his favorite utensils, it was the final straw. When Ravi created the first Bertram-Bot, he saw a way to make sure nobody would ever tease him again.
Young Jessie tells him that while Bertram may have not gotten respect from the kids, that's no excuse for his crimes. Bertram, however, doesn't care and orders young Jessie and the kids terminated by being thrown in the dumbwaiter, which has teeth in the future. After Luke finds his toy buzzer on the floor, young Jessie uses it on the Bertram-Bot trying to kill her, allowing her to throw it into the dumbwaiter. Ravi then pulls the controls out of the mainframe's panel, causing all the Bertram-Bots to lose power. Bertram's head is then forced to spend eternity vacuuming.
When young Jessie and the kids return to the present, Jessie rushes to get the exploding dye pack out of the utensil drawer, though she gets hit by the pack herself. Then, Bertram's head travels to the present to get back at the Ross kids.
It's then revealed the whole story was just invented by Ravi to tell Luke what could happen if he goes through with the exploding dye pack prank. Luke points out how stupid the story is, since it says that this simple prank will lead to Bertram becoming a head and using robots Ravi hasn't even invented yet to enslave the human race. Luke then continues with the prank.

Trivia[]
Bertram possibly got the computer body himself in spite of his age and his mistreatment in the past.
It is possible he vandalized the faces of the Ross kids on the wall, either through a Bertram-Bot or he did it way before he got the new body.
When Bertram gets mad, his face begins to turn red.
It is unknown why Bertram placed himself in the kitchen. It is possible he chose it to stay hidden and since it's his favorite spot to be.
