Tobo is a large man with a small black beard. He wears a yellow shirt with brown designs and a gray vest.
Personality[]
Tobo is a friendly man who wants to help people, as a result of which he even moved to another country. He is not above helping pirates, like many in Water 7.
Abilities and Powers[]
Tobo is a Shipwright and, judging by the fact that he worked for the prestigious Galley-La company, he is a great professional in his craft. After his dismissal, Tobo demonstrated his skills in general carpentry, helping to rebuild Dressrosa despite being limited to a small amount of building materials.

Tobo worked as a shipwright at the Galley-La Company. Eventually, he wanted to retire and move somewhere where he could help people, deciding to move to Dressrosa.
One Piece Odyssey[]
Water 7[]
After Aqua Laguna, Tobo stood in Dock 1 when he was approached by the Straw Hat Pirates. They asked him to spare some lumber to help repair Dressrosa, and Tobo accepted, musing that he may want to move there when he retires.
Dressrosa[]
After Donquixote Doflamingo's defeat, Tobo participated in Dressrosa's reconstruction effort, though he was limited by the materials he had. He was approached by the Straw Hat Pirates after Franky recognized him, and they asked if they could help. When they realized Tobo needed building materials, they promised to return to Water 7 and get some for him, which he accepted.
Some time later, the Straw Hats returned, bringing lumber and metal that Tobo could use.
