Liberta is an elderly woman living in Dressrosa and Scarlett's former wet nurse. She appears in One Piece Odyssey.[1]
Appearance[]
Liberta is a short, elder woman with white hair in a bun. She wears a yellow shirt and a blue skirt with circular designs along the bottom.[1]
Relationships[]
Heracles[]
A long time ago, Liberta received a strange plant seed from Heracles, whom Liberta refers to as Heracles-un (ヘラクレスン, Herakuresun?). She is both surprised & elated to learn that "God" Usopp is Heracles' apprentice.
Riku Doldo III[]
Liberta and Riku Doldo III met when Liberta was Scarlett's wet nurse, and have remained on good terms, with Riku even allowing her to plant unknown seeds on Flower Hill.
Scarlett[]
When she was younger, Liberta served as wet nurse for the princess. When Scarlett was a little girl, she looked forward to see what the strange plant seed that Liberta had been given would grow into. Unfortunately Scarlett never lived to see it bloom, as Liberta couldn't figure out how to make the strange seed grow.
History[]
Past[]
At some point in the past, Liberta met Heracles, who gave her mysterious seeds. However, she could not get them to grow.
When Scarlett was a baby, Liberta worked as her wet nurse, meeting the royal family in the process. Scarlett was also interested in growing the seeds, but they never managed to grow them.
One Piece Odyssey[]
While out in Dressrosa, Liberta ran into the Straw Hat Pirates, and recognized God Usopp. She asked him if he could help grow her seeds, and Usopp accepted after learning they were from Heracles. He left to a bookstore to look for Heracles' book on Boin Archipelago plants while Liberta waited.
When the Straw Hats returned, Usopp explained that the seeds required Bo Bo Bird egg-based fertilizer and had to be planted at night where they could get moonlight. Liberta decided to ask King Riku for permission to plant them on Flower Hill and left for the Royal Palace.
Some time later, Liberta and the Straw Hats met up on Flower Hill with permission to plant them. After doing so, they sprouted into Ambling Stonecrops, which the Straw Hats quickly defeated.
